Others are doing it
If you are not changing, not adopting in some way, your business is going to get killed. Not because you are not doing it, but because others are doing it, and they are getting better. The question is not how to simplify my process. It is what are others doing, so I can compete.

Not because you are not doing it
I said this to a guest on the show, and I say it to everybody. If you are not changing, if you are not adopting in some way, then your business is going to get killed.
Not because you are not doing it. Because others are doing it. They are going to get better, and they are going to go in front of you.
It is not a threat. It is the order of things. The ones who learn the tool get faster, and faster wins the next customer.
Prompt it yourself
Who in my industry is already using AI agents, and for what? Give me five examples, with what changed for them.
Not simplify, understand
Most people ask the wrong question. They say: I would like to simplify my process. Fine, but small.
The better question is: I would like to understand what others are doing, so I can compete with them. That question changes what you build. You stop polishing your own steps and start matching what the market already does.
Ask the agent to show you how a competitor with an agent would do your job. Then do that.
Prompt it yourself
Here is how I do this job today. Show me how a competitor with an agent would do the same job, step by step, and where they would beat me.
I can help you build yours
I build things like this with an AI agent, on my own computer. In a private session I help you do the same with your idea. Or bring it to the show, free.
If you do not learn, they do it better
Because if you do not learn, then others are going to do it better. Probably. That is the honest end of the sentence.
Learning does not mean a course. It means one small thing a week, tried on your own work, with the agent next to you. The skill compounds. A year of small things is a business that looks nothing like last year's.
Prompt it yourself
Teach me one thing this week that my competitors already do with an agent. Small, and something I can try today on my own work.
Start with one competitor
Name one competitor who is ahead. Ask what they are doing with agents. Pick one thing from the answer and try it this week. Then the next one.
Prompt it yourself
Here is one competitor who is ahead of me. What are they doing with agents that I am not, and what is the first thing I should copy?
