The session
Denes came back with a reporting app and a different idea. He wanted a consultancy website for small businesses. I helped him put the AI agents to work on the name, the research, the brand and the site on his own computer.
I did not start with a page layout. I asked for search data, competitor positioning and reviewers. That produced the ESG Handled name, but it also exposed a gap in the naming evidence: the agent had not checked every term it recommended. Later, its launch research flagged advisory registration requirements in Hungary. Denes had the site concept revised to account for that.
I helped him get image generation working through Cloudflare, choose an SVG logo and compare twenty landing-page mockups. His report workbook also went online as a demo. I checked the first deployment and found it was still public, then helped him add the permissions needed for an email login.
The final site was published with a blog and light and dark modes. It was not yet using the domain he bought, and search failed in the closing check. Those are the next jobs, alongside reviewing the content and the licensing findings. The useful thing to watch here is how a design choice, a research finding and a failed check each changed what the agent built.
What was said
Read the whole session, simplified
0:02 Denes Live, but not live. We need elevator music, people. The host is nowhere, but we are live.
2:02 Mate So I rebranded the channel. Welcome everybody to Prompt It Yourself.
2:21 Mate That's the fourth rebranding since I started. If you don't rename your podcast at least four times, you are doing something wrong.
3:37 Mate So just start your own stuff, Denes. Don't wait.
3:46 Denes Not waiting. Sorry, then I need to leave, because I need to start something else.
4:13 Denes You remember the application I built, a typical SaaS application for sustainability reporting. I would say it's production ready.
The reporting app became a consultancy idea
4:53 Denes We roasted the idea, and it turned out you can just use Claude to fill out the form pretty easily. You give your data to Claude and it does the rest.
6:25 Denes So we have a SaaS application, we failed. Why don't we spin it into a much leaner consultancy gig and make a website for it?
6:39 Mate Let's do that. It's really hard to find a cheaper way to do this than Cloudflare. It's so cheap and so easy to scale, it costs us basically no money.
Start with Cloudflare and the costs
7:02 Mate You are going to be amazed how shitty a website you have right now, and how cool a website you're going to have in one hour.
7:15 Mate Go to Cloudflare, buy a domain and subscribe to the $5 plan. Then add credit to the image generation. It's a marketplace for image and video models, so you don't subscribe one by one to ChatGPT or Nano Banana.
7:53 Denes Before I register, a controversial question. Do websites make any sense in 2026, or is it all YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok?
8:31 Mate It's a tricky question: who is your audience? My son is never going to check a website. Our generation still checks websites.
9:31 Mate But you definitely need social presence, and that's one of the hardest things to build, because it's just freaking hard. Let's buy a domain.
10:07 Denes VSME is the format from the European Union. It's the reporting standard for non-listed SMEs.
Find a name people might search for
10:24 Denes Maybe Rapid VSME, or VSME in a day.
11:10 Mate Here is the thing. Before anything, why are we not asking our beautiful agent?
11:42 Mate Open a new tab and search for SerpApi. Google doesn't give you an API for its search data, so these services do. We get 100 searches for free.
13:57 Mate Here in the new show, Prompt It Yourself: why are you letting other people solve your problems with AI? Why are you not just prompting yourself?
16:18 Mate Say: I have a SerpApi key and I'm on stream, so find a secure way I can give it to you. What is the best .com name? Use SerpApi to research what people are looking for.
Give the naming agent context
16:47 Denes Wait, don't we need to add the directory of the previous project, so it has a bit more context?
16:56 Mate That's a great idea. Start with @../ to add the sibling folder name.
19:09 Mate Search the topic deeply and ask questions if anything is needed. My target audience is small businesses, not big companies.
Ask questions before choosing
20:38 Mate That's why I tell everyone: always ask the agent to ask for clarification. Otherwise it just chooses the recommended option. Here Denes gives it insight into what to choose.
22:53 Mate When you rename a project, never forget to ask Claude to move the memory as well, because Claude's memory is saved by the folder name.
23:17 Mate Say: I have a Cloudflare account and I would like to integrate with it. First I want image generation with external models, so probably I have to add credit and subscribe. Help me to do so.
Set up image generation in another project
26:10 Mate I'm surprised Claude hasn't added an easy way to add API keys safely in the terminal. It's just so annoying.
Add the Cloudflare token off screen
29:26 Mate Go back to Cloudflare, search for API on the top left, go to API tokens and create a token. Use the Workers template.
30:51 Mate Basically, we are going to use this key everywhere, which is a really insecure way to do it. But for personal use, it's totally fine.
34:00 Mate Conflict found. It found a trademark conflict. You would never think about that.
The naming research flagged a conflict
34:09 Denes That's actually very true. I would have just gone with Rapid VSME, and a couple of months later I'm in prison.
34:19 Mate Of course you wouldn't be in prison!
34:51 Denes Agent number two: test failed. It's the token permission, not your values. The token itself checks out.
The token worked, the permissions did not
35:01 Mate Oh, you need the Workers AI permission. Let's go back to Cloudflare, edit the token and add Workers AI.
37:23 Denes The first one is ready, and I kind of jinxed the name. Before you buy esgreply.com, check the EU trademark register.
38:06 Mate But look at other famous reports people search for, like CV generation, and generate names from there.
Read the search findings
41:32 Denes Interesting. People are looking for CSRD, the official EU name. But most people in all the countries are looking for ESG.
41:57 Mate What is the difference between ESG and CSRD?
42:00 Denes ESG is environment, social and governance, the more generic, traditional term. CSRD is EU legislation.
43:20 Mate I'm going to create a Short about this. If you don't have a good domain name in mind, ask Claude to do the research. All we used was the SerpApi key, free for 100 searches.
46:30 Denes Agent number two has finished. Image generation API now works with your tokens, it generated a lighthouse image.
Image generation passed its first test
46:52 Mate Also, always present me the image generation using artifacts. I'm not going into folders on my computer, you stupid robot!
48:18 Mate Go to AI, then AI Gateway, and add credit on the top right. It's a gateway to ChatGPT, Nano Banana, you name it. A wholesaler for other models.
49:52 Denes It's still not working, for some reason. I don't know why.
The credit top-up would not work
51:11 Mate And always use the Prompt It Yourself 2030 promotion code everywhere. Maybe in 2030 I'm going to get some promotion codes.
51:25 Denes There are no promotion codes right now.
51:28 Mate Unfortunately, I'm not going to get rich with add credit.
53:08 Denes ESG Handled comes up first. I liked ESG Reply, but the trademark check rules it out.
54:40 Mate I believe ESG Handled is more straightforward, but for a search term it is going to be shitty, because nobody is going to search for it.
55:48 Mate But ask it: how did you come up with these ideas? Did you actually check the search trend? I don't know if it really did.
57:20 Mate Clicking credits doesn't enable it. Anyway, skip it. Go to replicate.com, we are going to do one more hop.
57:55 Mate By the way, Replicate is a Cloudflare company as well. They bought it because of this service.
59:16 Denes I'm going to register a new card. The good old way of adding the card, by hand.
1:00:45 Denes It works now.
A card got the top-up working
1:01:27 Mate Prompt It Yourself, Denes, prompt it yourself. Now tell it to work, you nice robot, very good robot.
1:02:18 Mate What was the first agent saying? Did you lie? I'm really curious.
1:02:23 Denes So the CSRD trend data is clear. "I didn't trend-check handled." Oh my god, dude.
Check what the agent actually researched
1:02:31 Denes Its advice is to keep CSRD out of the brand name. CSRD searches are falling while ESG searches are rising.
1:03:46 Denes We don't need to get hung up so much on the domain name. I'm fine with ESG Handled as well. Let's go with that.
Choose ESG Handled and buy the domain
1:04:03 Mate Then let's go with ESG Handled. You can always spend more money.
1:04:34 Denes We are going with ESG Handled. I'm buying it, people.
1:07:22 Mate I created a plugin which creates nice websites. Ask it to install it: promptityourself/piy-rider.
1:08:16 Mate Can you install this plugin, and first create five website variations? Oh, but first we need a logo as well.
Ask for five website concepts
1:10:18 Mate Before you send it, a few questions. What is this website going to be about? Do you want to sell the consultancy, or the program?
Give the site a business brief
1:10:34 Denes Consultancy. We discussed it more as the consultancy.
1:10:37 Mate So tell it: it's going to be my personal brand for consultancy for small companies.
1:11:07 Mate Also create a sub-agent who collects all the news in this space, so I can pre-fill blog posts for the last year.
1:12:08 Mate Identify me ten competitors, so we can learn how they position themselves. Also create an SEO strategy with another sub-agent.
1:13:21 Mate Also do a quick research: are people posting these news on social media, and is it worth starting a channel and posting Shorts, like educational content?
1:13:37 Mate And lastly, use two reviewers who review this concept and point out missing steps to make my business successful.
1:16:05 Mate Go to zernio.com. It pushes your content out to the different social media platforms. Just ask your agent to use their API and push out everything.
Research social posting services
1:17:19 Mate This is how I create the content for my channel. Any content I create, I just ask the agent to push it out.
1:18:03 Mate My suggestion is to start posting Shorts. You are selling yourself. The more human touch you put in an AI world, the better.
1:20:28 Mate Always ask for competitors. Don't believe me.
1:21:12 Mate That's a neat trick. If the field is already harvested, identify some competitors and you don't have to start from scratch.
1:21:38 Mate Lucky for Prompt It Yourself, there are no competitors, only courses out there. Nobody's doing this for free.
1:23:33 Denes There are a few competitors: Ayrshare, Postiz, Upload-Post. Zernio bundles other automated stuff into one.
1:26:22 Mate Right now you have Cloudflare, and with Cloudflare you can do lots of stuff. Do you remember the Excel project? Go to that project.
Put the report demo on a subdomain
1:27:25 Mate Say: I have great news, I just bought the ESG Handled domain, so push this demo out to demo.esghandled.com.
1:27:49 Mate Always use a subdomain. Every project just uses that. And put it behind Zero Trust, with the email address I want to log in with.
Make the logo reusable
1:29:32 Mate So: I bought ESG Handled. Your task is to create me logos, and the logo has to be SVG-based. Research the competitors and generate me 20 different ideas.
1:30:40 Mate Image generation is not deterministic. It will make a very nice logo, but it's really hard to put into SVG format.
1:31:02 Mate So I'm happier with a shitty logo that works and I can reuse, than a beautiful logo I'm not able to reuse anymore.
1:33:30 Mate I saw one viewer, but right now we have zero viewers. So this is a really good show.
1:34:36 Mate We have to enable Zero Trust on Cloudflare. Search for Zero Trust and enable it.
Enable Zero Trust for the demo
1:37:14 Denes I'm going to pick number 19. It's a leaf with a check in it, like a checkbox. I love it. It's really nice.
Choose a logo from the options
1:37:28 Mate Come back, viewer one. We have a logo!
1:38:09 Denes Chat number two wants to avoid 19, the leaf tick, because it looks like every competitor. Oh no, but this is what I like.
1:39:25 Mate Wait, do you know which one I love? I really love the blue one. That's the one.
1:39:36 Denes Okay, let's go with 17.
1:40:20 Mate Tell the first agent: use 17, and use the Cloudflare API key to ask Nano Banana for at least 20 landing page ideas with this logo and this colour. Only the image generation tool.
Generate landing-page mockups
1:40:50 Mate Also give it your picture, because it's going to be a personal brand. And ask it to use premium models, not only Nano Banana.
1:43:42 Denes Frontier launch plan. Oh, there is a licensing. Jesus. Wow, I didn't know this.
The launch research flagged licensing
1:43:59 Denes You need to be certified. The ESG act bans offering ESG advisory unless you are on a register. Fines are 200k to 10 million.
1:44:04 Denes So you can put out the website, but it cannot be live at the moment.
1:44:55 Mate It can be live. You just say that you are not certified. This is not ESG advice, this is just a friendly chat with a nice dude.
1:46:00 Denes I'm generating the pictures based on the logo, but it's asking for a Gemini key.
1:46:10 Mate No. Just say you can use the CF account and the AI Gateway to generate the images. The keys are in the sibling folder.
1:47:05 Mate You don't have to hop from API registration to API registration. That's why I like Cloudflare.
1:48:38 Denes This is agent number four: live now, public, ESG Handled.
The demo was live, but still public
1:49:15 Denes The sustainability report workbook is here. Amazing. We just need to remove the company we used.
1:49:28 Mate Can you ask it: did it use Zero Trust? Because we didn't have the login.
1:49:48 Mate I believe you have to restart this agent, because this is still the stupid agent.
1:50:01 Mate You have to give it API access. Ask it to set up Zero Trust and save the project state, then we restart Claude, because it's probably using an older model.
1:53:19 Mate It's really good, right? You used AI to develop the idea, but you never researched how to start it. Now it turned out it's licensed, and you saved yourself months.
1:54:09 Mate With AI, I favour just starting to do it instead of planning it. Fake it to make it is even more true with AI.
1:55:07 Mate Another trick I use all the time: please review my last two weeks of work with all the projects and memory. Point out what I did wrongly, why you misunderstood me and what I can learn.
1:56:23 Denes Zero Trust is installed and working. The demo is no longer public. One step is left: it can't touch DNS records.
1:56:40 Mate You bad robot! Let me know which API access I have to enable for you.
1:57:07 Mate You just enable it on the API and it can do it for you. Who is going to do this stuff manually nowadays? Nobody.
1:57:16 Denes This is why I'm going to be killed later, because I'm now actively bashing AI.
1:58:56 Denes Claude, slow down! Slow down.
1:59:50 Mate Review my last two weeks of work, all the chat history and all the memories. Be careful not to overload yourself.
Ask the agent to review the work
2:00:10 Mate And create me an artifact page about what I'm missing and the latest best practices to work with you better.
2:00:39 Mate People are teaching and preaching this stuff, but what they tell you is probably already too old. Always ask the agent how you can work better.
Choose a concept that accounts for registration
2:01:27 Denes Five home page concepts: Deadline Radar, Partner Program, the Personal Advisor, Questionnaire Rescue, the Report Desk.
2:01:58 Denes The good thing is it's now taking into consideration that we are uncertified. So that's pretty cool.
2:02:04 Denes Let's go live with one. I like Questionnaire Rescue, but Deadline Radar has the highest legal fit for uncertified. I would like to go with the highest.
Pick a design and add the researched content
2:03:43 Denes It created some pages on the live website. Concepts. Wow, 20 ways to sell. Oh nice, look at that.
2:04:19 Mate Not bad, right? Select the design you like and tell it: use this design, add the content you researched, use this logo and create the website.
2:06:22 Mate Tell agent number two: the sibling project created this design, I like the colouring. Use the logo, fill the content from your research, and use piy-rider to create the website and publish it. Ask questions if something is not clear.
2:07:23 Denes It didn't read the 50 megabyte chat logs, a script pulled only my messages. Big requests with many parts lose some of them.
2:07:54 Denes Six of eight active folders have no git. Sessions run for a week. That's true.
2:08:11 Denes Direction changed often, and my preferences live in the project, not in the global file. Good learnings.
Check the demo's email login
2:09:52 Mate Let's test if your demo site is working. What I want to show you is how easy it is to create a website which needs registration.
2:10:18 Mate It asks your username and sends you a one-time login. That's why I told you to install Cloudflare: so many services you don't have to build from scratch.
2:11:51 Mate That's alright. Some stupid questions, Claude. Make decisions.
2:13:14 Mate Give them the one-time login. You're not giving them the report, you're helping them create it. You can call yourself an expert, just not this expert.
2:13:42 Denes Not an advisor. But did you check how much money that advisory thing is?
2:14:08 Mate Hey, I just realised there are some license fees. Where can I learn it? Is it online? I already have an MBA in the topic. Does it help?
2:14:38 Mate And this is cool because you didn't use the acronym where you need the licensing. ESG Handled is not the thing you need the license for.
2:14:58 Denes There's a lot of learning in today's session. The licensing, the whole Cloudflare stuff, and I really like SerpApi.
2:16:50 Mate Don't forget to check the SEO. Register your domain in Google Search Console. That's the most important thing for Google.
2:18:58 Mate Put this project to GitHub and deploy it live. Don't forget light and dark mode, and the search. And I didn't see the blog posts.
2:20:25 Denes Does your MBA help? "Yes, it meets the degree requirement and the course content will be familiar." Partly it helps. That's good.
2:20:50 Mate I'm more of a visual person. Use your image generation skills, create me six different infographics about all these details, and present them using artifacts.
2:21:16 Mate Show me the timeline, how quickly I can get certified, and research reviews on whether it's worth it.
2:21:51 Mate People tell me Claude gives back too much information to digest. Just ask it to put it into an infographic or a web page.
2:23:03 Mate Put this project into GitHub and save the state, because I would like to exit. Review the memories, keep only the current state and remove everything unnecessary.
2:23:12 Mate Claude is not going to save the state for you. Instead of just exiting, let it know this is the time to save everything.
2:24:51 Mate Surprisingly, all the people who came into the show, even with zero IT knowledge, were doing really well and catching up.
2:25:04 Denes Because of you, then the show, then Claude, in this order. Claude is the third, the show is the second, and you are the first.
2:27:58 Mate The infographics idea is one of the best. Read any news, ask for five infographics, pick the best one, put it into the blog post and push it out.
2:29:12 Mate Don't do it. Ask it: why can't you use the API key? What other access do I have to give you to enable the deploy?
2:30:39 Denes Unpaid time, course, internship, paperwork. If you calculate with forty hours a week, it is like a full-time job for nine months.
2:30:45 Denes Okay, but we really roasted this idea now. It's not just burned, it's thrown into a black hole and shredded into molecules.
2:31:10 Denes So you don't need software anymore. You need to be licensed. Oh my God. But I've learned a load of really good stuff in return.
2:34:03 Denes How many people are registered? 105 people in Hungary. That's basically nothing.
2:34:16 Mate Well, you're not advertising anything. You're not even calling yourself that.
2:35:01 Mate What matters more is the human factor: your face, your videos. A beautiful website, who cares, they'll say AI anyway. If you speak to the camera, it's still hard to say that's AI.
2:35:48 Denes It was not internet issues. I was glitching, actually, because I'm an AI.
2:36:01 Mate Because it's a free show, every one of my guests is AI, actually. I cannot get guests.
2:37:19 Denes So here is the final website now. It is now the official website.
Check the published site and what still failed
2:37:23 Mate But why is this not using the correct domain name?
2:37:55 Mate Search is there, but search for something. We don't have content on the website. Search is not working.
2:38:16 Mate Check this out, the blog. So this is how people are creating websites nowadays. You can ask external reviewers to review the stuff.
2:38:32 Mate So how did you like it, Denes?
2:38:38 Denes It was amazing. I've done websites before, but not in this fully agentic manner. I hadn't really thought about the blog. Whatever you can think of can be done.
2:39:09 Mate You can definitely be in the top 1%. Using AI is not going to make you rich, but it's going to keep you not stupid.
2:39:45 Mate Obviously, you have to review the content. But I like the logo, with these two colours. Good job, very good job, you are doing great.
2:40:02 Mate That was Prompt It Yourself. Anybody can apply on promptityourself.com, come to the show and let's have some fun. Thank you, Denes.
2:40:22 Denes Thank you very much, Mate.
What Denes said afterwards
Mate is a great host who makes you feel comfortable from the start. I was genuinely surprised by how focused and engaged he was throughout our session. What really stands out is his rare mix of solid technical and business skills — he understands the tech, but also thinks about real client needs, finding customers and what actually works in the market. Really enjoyed the conversation!
