The session
She came back a month after her first session and had not stopped. The voice agent that phones elderly residents every morning was finished, with a memory in three layers: the people and pets it always remembers, the important things for the long term, and the last three calls. Every morning a report goes by email to the village manager, with a summary that links to each part: fourteen called, nine answered, five tried again. The website was live on Cloudflare, one page for families and one for village managers, with a sign up and payments. When the card for image credits failed, she had the agent pull free photos from the stock libraries instead. She had made herself a course, a lead list and a morning assistant she promoted to watch every project. Then she showed the side business: eyeliners she bought a year ago, a web shop the agent built in half an hour instead of paying for Shopify, and a content creator that posts to Facebook and Instagram. The session added to both. A new agent researched the kinds of buyer and made an animated sales presentation for village managers. Replicate went on as one place for every image and video model, the eye on the shop's pictures started to shimmer, a try on demo for the eyeliner was working in ten minutes, and a woman turning into a panther was planned as key images first. The plan's session limit ended it, with the video jobs still running.

Back after a month, and she did not stop
0:03 Mate Hey everyone. This is not the Mate Visky show, this is the Prompt It Yourself show. I rebranded it, and Ildiko came back after a month.
0:22 Mate Ildi, what happened? I left you with the idea of your voice agent, and we ran out of credits. You stopped doing the work, right?
0:47 Ildiko I think it's a little bit too addictive. Once you get on it, you can't stop. I finished the agent with memory, reporting, and automatic emailing of those reports.
The voice agent finished: memory, reports and emails
1:47 Ildiko I wanted to build a website, and when we wanted to buy the image credits, the payment didn't go through. So I asked Claude if it can download images from Pixabay and Pexels.
No image credits, so the agent fetched free photos
2:08 Ildiko It couldn't do Pexels, but Unsplash has an API, and it automatically downloaded all different photos. Family and care, ready for the website or anything that comes up.
2:29 Mate How cool is that? You couldn't solve a problem, but you found a way. I'm going to show you another service, and if your card is working, we can set it up.
A morning call for retirement villages
2:57 Ildiko This is a voice AI agent for retirement villages, sold to the managers. Every morning the residents get a wellbeing call: how they slept, whether they need anything. A couple of minutes, but it keeps them engaged too.
3:40 Ildiko We started on the portal, the back end, where the data is kept and the reporting comes from. What really helped is when you set that up for me. Then I built the front end too.
4:10 Ildiko The apps I used before make a website pretty, but it's very hard to build the back side with them. We also made a course, to teach me how it all works.
4:37 Ildiko And a project that turns the call data into a daily report for the general manager, by email. Click the summary and it takes you to that part.
4:58 Mate When you start Claude, are you going into each project and starting it from there?
5:07 Ildiko I usually just open one Claude and tell it to open this project, open that project.
Your folder and your memory in the status bar
5:59 Mate Go back to the master one and do some housekeeping. Ask Claude: I would like to see my context usage and my current working directory in the status bar. For every project.
6:48 Mate And how is the website going? Did you release it live?
One page for families, one for managers, live with payments
7:14 Ildiko I can just go to the domain. And I connected it with Cloudflare.
7:22 Ildiko We have two pages. One is for the general audience. There's a sign up sheet, and I connected it to Stripe as well. So it's live. Somebody can sign up and get two weeks free.
7:43 Mate And you have been typing a lot, right?
8:04 Mate You released the product after one month. What did you do? You are amazing. Very well done.
8:30 Ildiko They give some information about themselves, about the loved one, when to call them, and a bit more.
8:37 Mate And it's all Claude, right? No more third parties: one web tool for this, one service for questionnaires, one for whatever. It's amazing.
9:00 Ildiko The other page is for village managers, more interesting for me. They can book a demo. At 6:30 everybody wakes up, at 10 they get a call. The manager gets a report on who talked and who needs attention.
10:29 Mate Can I show you something? With Claude nowadays you can also create nice presentations. Open a new terminal, make it full screen with a bigger font. I believe it's Control plus.
A sales presentation for each kind of buyer
12:02 Mate Now mkdir, make directory, and call it the project name dash sales. With a dash, never a space. Then cd into it, change directory.
12:37 Mate Start Claude and say: I'm working to sell this product. Review the sibling folders to understand it. Create awesome presentations for different person types: the village owner, the kids, the elderly people.
13:20 Mate Research the person types first, then the websites. I'm very visual, so lots of movement. It doesn't have to be PowerPoint, it can be a website with great animation.
14:10 Mate While it works, let's subscribe to one more service: Replicate, like replica. Go to replicate.com. You can log in with GitHub.
Replicate: every image and video model in one place
15:10 Mate Replicate is a wholesaler for all the image models, so you don't go one by one to Google, to GPT. It can also find the best model for the job.
16:10 Mate And not only images, animation too. With key images, it can animate them: find a very good image of an elderly woman, and it animates her picking up the phone.
16:36 Mate No thousand services and API keys. They charge something like 3% to forward you to the right model, which is basically nothing. I use it everywhere.
18:41 Ildiko Here are the details of the people we call. And the memory, because that was quite important. It works three ways. First, the people and pets they will always remember.
A memory for people, pets and the last three calls
19:09 Ildiko If someone says 'my son did this', it stores it, so next time it knows the son's name. Then long term memory for important things. And the three recent calls.
19:44 Ildiko And this is the question the AI will ask on the next call: how is the cat going this morning? That's the resident's cat, actually.
20:00 Mate Very well done. This is exactly how big companies handle memory, long term and short term. And if the design isn't right yet, who cares? You can improve it. It's beautiful.
20:41 Ildiko I tried to build it myself earlier, and it took me forever. I could only get up to the recent questions. These two bits would have taken me ages.
20:59 Mate Because it knows. You just have to have the idea, the concept, and ask it. It already knows how to do it.
21:11 Ildiko It took a while to refine as well. We always went back: is this correct, is this not correct? Probably seven days and nights of trial to get it kind of perfect.
Next: tests, and another AI to judge the answers
21:27 Mate When you're okay with the result, ask about maintainability and testability. How do we measure that it's working, so we're not screwing something up? Let's create test cases.
22:00 Mate It will make LLM as a judge models: it role plays scenarios, and over a threshold, it's good enough. You don't have to remember that, just ask about testing.
22:49 Ildiko It took quite a few trials and I wasn't happy, so I told Claude: I don't think you can do that, this is your last chance, otherwise I'm going to ChatGPT.
23:04 Mate Oh, poor buddy.
23:06 Ildiko But then it gave me what I wanted.
24:10 Mate Here is a trick: type slash model and say Fable. Wait, you don't have Max, right?
24:36 Ildiko No, I don't have Max.
24:44 Mate Then remember it for later. After a few weeks, when a project matures, select Fable and ask it to review everything: are we on track, do we reorganise, is it ready for multi-tenancy, for many villages?
A stronger model and more effort, for a review
25:15 Mate It makes a huge plan to improve the code. Then switch back to Opus, a cheaper model, to execute it. Fable is really good at complex things and pointing out issues.
26:44 Mate Type: review this code. First, identify the scope. Second, what are we doing wrong, what keeps it maintainable? Third, I'm pretty sure testing and long term maintainability are missing, so suggest ideas.
27:30 Mate Otherwise you grow and burn it back, grow and burn. You're in a very good state now, so a full review makes it leaner. Anyway, continue. I'm still wowed.
28:52 Ildiko Finally the report. It usually comes as an email, with hot buttons: five people not reached, I click, and it takes me to that part of the report.
The morning report the managers get
29:19 Ildiko This person was called at this time, spoke this long, slept well, no issues. Amber means something is going on, but not critical.
29:53 Ildiko No red flags today, four amber, five green. 14 people called, nine answered, five didn't. If they don't answer, we try again.
30:12 Mate That's the beauty: it really eases the process. And you did the lead generation project as well. Do you need any help there?
30:55 Ildiko No, it's all done. The AI part is done. It's only the human part that's coming up, which is always the more difficult one, I think.
31:19 Mate At the bottom you see your folder and the context window. As it fills, it forgets things. Over 50%, always compact: it shrinks it down.
31:45 Mate Compact keeps a smaller piece and a reference. When a part is done, say: save everything and clear the context.
Over half full? Compact it
33:06 Mate These are the personas we asked for, and the presentation ideas. I guess selling the concept is the struggle, so this boosts it. Simple ones so far, you can work on them.
34:42 Mate I've switched off your screen, because of the API token. Copy it and tell your agent: this is Replicate, for image generation, help me save the token.
36:04 Mate Now ask it to understand the current design and how the app works, research what managers would ask, and make a full presentation for a village manager, with Replicate and the animation library hand in hand.
36:40 Mate Sometimes you just move the images. That's how I make animations for my Shorts: I give it the story, it finds where I say the key words, and times a nice animation.
38:22 Mate I hate chat boxes. But there is Prompty: where should I start? It's context aware. It knows where you are and asks related questions. Ask: what is Ildiko building? It doesn't know about today, so it guesses.
A chat that knows the page, for the managers
39:26 Mate Your spin: load the last weeks of memories and the latest report into a chat box, and the village manager asks about a resident instead of reading the report.
40:00 Mate He doesn't search: she is getting better, the operation went well, she is happy. Not a hateful chat box popping up, but one that knows what people want to ask.
40:20 Mate Scroll down an episode page and the prompt is there again. A chatbot tailored to the experience. Just an idea.
40:54 Ildiko That's really good. I could use it like a Christmas present: a short note on what happened in the last couple of months.
41:08 Mate Exactly. If they're really interested, they can check the report. Put as much human touch in as you can. Then AI is just helping, not AI in the first place.
43:22 Mate When the animation is ready, review it. What matters most is the examples and how to judge them. And I would invest in Max for a month, and ask Fable to review the architecture.
43:55 Mate So what's the next step? It's done, I cannot help you anymore.
Eyeliners, and a web shop in half an hour
43:59 Ildiko I'm pretty sure you can. Now I need to sell the idea, which is always harder. But a year ago I bought some eyeliners to sell on Facebook, to learn Facebook.
44:28 Ildiko It took me three weeks to connect my Shopify account to Facebook, and then it went nowhere. So I asked Claude to make a web shop on my old website.
45:06 Mate And it just said, go and use Shopify, right?
45:13 Ildiko Not even half an hour, and I had an operational website. These are the eyeliners. We did testing as well.
45:27 Mate Everybody, that's not Shopify. That's her own site.
45:33 Ildiko I'm a bit stingy. I put my images in a folder and linked the sites where I bought the eyeliners. It built it much better than I ever did on Shopify: how to apply, ingredients.
46:15 Ildiko You unleashed a monster.
46:27 Ildiko I didn't want to deal with Facebook, so I made a social media content creator. It posts to Facebook and Instagram automatically. TikTok and YouTube not yet.
A content creator that posts for her
47:06 Mate You have to apply one by one, that's the pain. I was lazy, I pay three bucks for a service. So very well done: you're ahead of me with Prompt It Yourself.
47:42 Ildiko It definitely is easy. The hardest part was connecting to Facebook, because of the administration.
48:33 Mate I had only a two and a half hour session with Ildiko. It's not about Claude, it's about the mindset: just start using it.
49:05 Mate Open the shop's project and say: we have Replicate now. Find the key images on the website to animate. Don't animate yet, show me variations on a page, especially the eye.
49:48 Mate Is this on Cloudflare? Five dollars?
50:06 Ildiko Five dollars, just Workers. It's the cheapest.
50:40 Mate In Cloudflare, enable image transformations for the site. Your images are big, and it optimises them for every visitor.
Cloudflare makes the pictures smaller for you
52:05 Mate Have you checked your SEO? Did you connect the site to Google Search Console?
52:16 Mate Ask it to review the website for SEO best practices, and connect the services that measure it.
52:36 Mate Another spin: you sell beauty. Make an avatar, three to four second videos of it saying something nice, and post them on Facebook and Instagram. Promote them, people check them, and they buy. This technique works.
An avatar, a short a day, and seven days to prove it
54:04 Ildiko What would you use for the avatar? I used HeyGen before.
54:11 Mate I would use Replicate, because it has everything, end to end. There are other platforms. Image generation is always going to cost money.
54:35 Mate First make one or two keyframes that look super amazing. Then ask it to animate between them. Your avatar, a beautiful background, and a one liner.
55:19 Mate Post one short a day and give each some money. Seven are a test set, with crazy ideas. After seven days, remove the weak ones. Push the strong ones and add money.
56:24 Mate The beach background didn't work, the disco light did. You measure the sales back, and Facebook learns your buyers. A $30 conversion can drop to $15. Not magic, but good enough.
57:56 Ildiko So how would you prompt this whole thing you just said?
58:03 Mate I would say: this is my website. I'm thinking about an avatar, shorts, ads, and measuring it back. Research the market and give me better ideas.
58:43 Ildiko This is the social media content creator. These are videos I made, but this is just a screenshot of them.
59:12 Ildiko No, it only started yesterday.
59:16 Mate Then don't spend yet. Experiment for a week or two, find the right model. Then even twenty bucks for a day gets you meaningful results.
59:57 Ildiko Wow. How about this one? Shimmer on the eyes. That's freaky.
The eye starts to shimmer
1:01:13 Mate That's what I'm saying. And this was hard to do, right? You were working hard?
1:01:17 Ildiko Oh, impossible. And each one of these can be a quick Facebook post as well.
1:01:33 Mate But measure it back, or you're putting money into the sink. Probably 30 to 40% of revenue goes to marketing. And you have the business.
1:02:23 Ildiko This suits me better. I love doing the voice AI, but I can't sell. I find that really hard.
1:02:41 Mate For this one you don't have to sell, you create the avatar. And sometimes the stupidest ideas work.
1:04:50 Mate Let's check what we burned on Replicate. Two dollars. Absolutely all right.
1:05:59 Mate The eye works small, but go bigger: a long shot and a close-up, with music. It's a beauty business. Totally worth it.
1:06:37 Ildiko No questions, I just wanted to show off. I also made a PA. After a couple of days I said: you are promoted, watch all the projects. It said: thank you for the promotion.
A morning assistant, promoted
1:07:26 Mate Do you ask your PA from time to time: last week, what mistakes did I make, what can we improve?
1:07:41 Mate Don't forget. Every week, ask it to check all the memory it has, every project. And create different reviewers.
Every week, ask what you missed
1:08:39 Ildiko I saw your post about three perspectives. I reviewed the web shop as a content creator and as a customer, and it found quite a few points.
1:09:00 Mate Exactly, otherwise it's generic. Ildi, I believe you're in the best state you can be: on track, flying, you know what to do and how to do it.
1:10:30 Mate Another spin on the eyeliner, let's go crazy. In your projects folder, make a new directory called preview and start Claude there.
Try it on: the eyeliner on your own photo
1:12:13 Mate Say: I want a demo where my customer uses their phone camera and sees the eyeliner on their face. Or maybe a photo.
1:12:53 Ildiko So it's like a trial. The eyeliner on the phone through the camera, real time or not.
1:14:40 Mate Every image costs you money, so ask for protection. Cloudflare's spam prevention helps, so nobody exploits it.
1:15:30 Mate Upload your picture, we delete it, we find your best colour. If it's professional, that builds trust.
1:16:37 Ildiko Limited research. The content creator has a marketing strategy, that's where we did it.
1:16:56 Ildiko Let me show you something. A year ago I tried for so long to make this kind of video: a girl turning into a panther. But it's not very good. Any ideas?
1:17:57 Mate Let's ask our favourite agent. Don't show it the video. Go back to the website agent and just ask.
From woman to panther, key images first
1:18:23 Mate Say: a girl is on the opening image. She turns into a black panther that jumps across the screen, comes back, turns into a lady, and we see her eyes.
1:19:14 Mate Before the video, generate the key images, three options each, so I can pick. When the key images are right, it animates between them easily.
1:21:25 Mate There you go, the memory review. 14 points.
1:21:33 Mate And the presentation. Check this out. With this story it's a bit easier to sell. You can change it, but it just one-shot it.
The sales presentation, as a story
1:22:09 Mate Ask for it. I believe that's a killer. Do you like it? Would you buy it? You just need really good sales stuff.
1:23:32 Mate Send the presentation out and it can measure where people drop off. Make it interactive: in the village, left or right? Or it's boring.
1:25:18 Mate Ildi, I have to say you are the best so far. I loved all the others, but I'm amazed how much you have done.
1:25:33 Ildiko I really enjoy it, to be honest. Hopefully it's not going to kill me.
1:25:58 Mate These are the moments. When one is done, you can always ask it: save the state, and push this project to GitHub.
Save the state, and a shortcut for every routine
1:27:49 Mate Back to the master agent. Ask it to put what you should do better into an artifact, because I'm very visual, and to suggest commands.
1:28:10 Mate Repeat something often? Save it as a command. I have one to close a project, I'm lazy. Type slash learn, not 200 characters. Do it every week, ask what you missed.
1:29:54 Mate Review when you get that itchy feeling that it's going off track. Then it cleans the mess out.
1:30:49 Mate One more thing. Open the back end in the agent and say: I really like this project, but the design isn't modern, it's not like a SaaS design.
A modern back end, tested first
1:32:21 Mate No pagination, no nice tables. Present three design variations, and consider mobile. First make sure we have proper testing, so nothing breaks. Use multiple agents.
1:34:50 Ildiko Sometimes I just give it screenshots without anything, and it figures it out.
1:35:07 Mate Ask the right question and it can teach you basically everything. No need for yet another course. Build a personal page with a zero trust login only you can use.
1:36:36 Mate This shouldn't be inside your website. When done, say: move it to a sibling folder and keep the website code clean, as with the voice agent.
Side work goes in its own folder
1:38:20 Mate Small eyelash animations are pennies. Make viral videos, that's what matters: somebody says, I like this eyeliner.
1:39:56 Ildiko There you go, the demo is live.
1:41:20 Ildiko Pick the shade, then try. Considering it just spat it out in ten minutes.
1:42:39 Mate It isn't using Replicate yet. Ask: can we use Replicate for nicer pictures? This one is low quality.
1:44:02 Mate I'm probably bad at explaining this kind of thing, you can explain the transformation better. But the quality is way better than it used to be.
1:44:32 Mate It's beautiful. Put these characters into well known scenarios, people click more. Try crazy things and see what works.
1:45:48 Mate Tell it the first transformation didn't work, the end did. Maybe more keyframes. Research similar requests first.
1:47:35 Mate We killed Replicate. Upload ten bucks, and ask it to use Wan 3.0, a new video model, cheaper this week.
1:49:48 Mate A really nice experiment. Learn this and you can sell anything. But most important is to enjoy it.
1:50:44 Mate Oh no, the session limit is over. You have to come back again. Send me the videos when you're done.
The session limit, and what you do not know yet
1:51:28 Ildiko I will. That was a good session.
1:51:39 Ildiko I think my issue is that I don't know what I don't know.
1:51:45 Mate That's discovery. Ask the agent: what should I know before I start? The only way to know what you don't know is to experiment. There's no better time.
1:52:49 Mate Thank you very much, Ildi. Thanks everyone. If you would like to join the Prompt It Yourself show, apply as a guest. See you next time.
What Ildiko said afterwards
Very helpful and friendly experience. The session helped me a lot to get started and set up the techy bits.
Highly recommended!
