A Mac or a Windows machine. It asks you which, and that is the only question in the whole thing.

What it does

  • Paste one prompt into any chat you already have open, and it asks Mac or Windows, installs Claude Code and signs you in
  • Paste the second into Claude Code, and it reads the installer, tells you what it does, runs it and checks its own work
  • Leaves you a folder for each project and a page of your own on your computer, with every page the agent writes for you
  • Keeps your keys encrypted with piy add, so a key never goes through the chat
  • Eight things to ask for by name, from /piy-wish for a new idea to /piy-save to save your work
  • Uninstalls cleanly and never touches your work

Every page on this site assumes the same thing: that you already have an AI agent running on your own computer. That assumption is where most people stop, and they stop before anything worth doing has happened. Not because the setup is hard, exactly, but because the instructions are written for people who already know what a terminal is.

So this is the version for people who do not.

What it is

Two prompts. You paste the first into any chat you already have open, and it gets the agent onto your computer and signed in. You paste the second into the agent itself, and it reads the installer, tells you what it is about to do, does it, and then checks its own work.

That is the whole thing. It asks one question, which is whether you are on a Mac or on Windows. Everything else was a question once and is decided now.

What it is not

It is not a service: the agent runs on your machine, the account is yours, and you do not need me for any part of it. If you never come on the show, it still works, and the kit stays free.

Where the instructions live

The walk-through is on the topic hub, and that page reads it out of the kit itself, so what you see there is the same text you would find on GitHub. This page is about what the thing is; that one is about doing it.
