She came to the show with a voice agent that already worked. A month later she had a business around it, and another one on the side.
A good idea held together by hand. Her agent phones elderly people, has a short chat, and rings the family if something is wrong. A retirement village wanted a simpler version: one call every morning to every resident, to check they are all right. The idea was sound. It ran on a spreadsheet.
So the first session left the calls alone and built what they would run on, and a website. The first designs had too much text and not enough pictures. The second round used her logo and her colours, and she picked one. Then her card was declined, and her plan ran out for the day. The voice agent had to wait.
A month on her own. It did not wait long.
I think it's a little bit too addictive. Once you get on it, you can't stop. I finished the agent with memory, reporting, and automatic emailing of those reports.

The agent now remembers the people and pets in each resident’s life, so the next call can ask how the cat is going. She had tried to build that memory alone before, and it took her forever. This time it took seven days and nights of trying. Every morning the village manager gets a report: who answered, and who needs another call. The website went live with a sign up and two weeks free.
Eyeliners that went nowhere. A year ago she bought eyeliners to sell on Facebook.
It took me three weeks to connect my Shopify account to Facebook, and then it went nowhere. So I asked Claude to make a web shop on my old website.

This time her agent built the shop on her own site in under half an hour. On the show, the eye in her pictures started to shimmer, and a demo that puts the eyeliner on your own photo was working in ten minutes.
Where she is nowThe voice agent is finished and the shop is open. She says the AI part is done. Selling it is next.
